CMUMC April / May 2013 Calendar of Events
~~~ United Methodist Men's Breakfast ~~~
Our May breakfast and meeting will be held on May 5th, 2013. The date was changed due to Mother's Day. We will meet for breakfast in Lyle Hall at 08:00 AM. Our guest speaker for May is Rev. John Wright. He and his wife have recently become part of our church family. This is not strictly a Methodist Men's breakfast; several men from other churches and the community join us on a regular basis. All men are welcome to join us!
~~~ United Methodist Men's Church Dinners ~~~
Our church dinners are open to the public. Dinners include a terrific salad bar, rolls, a scrumptious main entree, hot and cold beverages
and a large selection of home made desserts. Come for the food and fellowship. Give Mom the night off and take "her" out for dinner!
- Adults $12.00 / Children $6.00. If you would like to make a dessert for the monthly Men's Dinner, please call 609-884-8125.
~~~ Annual Cape May Crop Walk To End Hunger ~~~
~~~ Sponsored by Church World Service ~~~
When: May 4th 2013
Where: The Crop Walk will start at the Emlen Physick Estate. Walkers will walk down Madison to the promanade, turn and walk South to the Cove, then
turn around and reverse the walk back to the Physick Estate.
Needs: We are looking for "Sponsors for Walkers," people to staff the two "Water Stations," and people to staff the "Registration Station."

~~~ Angelus Chorus ~~~
The choir will be presenting its sixth annual benefit concert on Sunday, May 5th, 4:00 PM at the Performing Arts Center in Middle Township.
The proceeds will be donated to the Greater New Jersey Sandy Relief Fund through the United Methodist Conference.
Tickets are $5.00 and can be purchased from Helen Vile, Scoop Gruver, Carolyn Jacobs - or at the door. Hope to see you there.
